Highly skilled DevOps engineer with experience spanning several different disciplines. Specialising in providing automation support to improve team functionality in highly technical fields.

Profile

Having completed my degree in Chemical engineering, I decided to direct my career into the exciting world of DevOps. I joined up with Sparta Global who help trained me and then was seconded to HM Passport to act as a operational acceptance tester.

Skills

Continuous professional development is a core principle I follow wherever I work to further improve myself and the work I complete. I am comfortable picking up new tools and applying them to my work.

CI/CD pipelines significantly improve the development process, allowing projects to iterate rapidly from code to delivery and deployment using automated processes. My here mainly focuses on Jenkins with some experience in Github Actions.

Setting up cloud infrastructure quickly and efficiently through declarative approaches. My experience in this area uses Terraform with AWS resources.
